Welcome you to my Urban Landscape plein air watercolor and mixed media class! This is the best time of year to get outside and paint at various locations around PDX.

Students are welcome to use any water media., primarily watercolor. Also, acrylic inks, charcoal, pastel, pencil, graphite, etc.

Subject matter incudes buildings, electrical lines, bridges, windows, doors, ally ways, etc.

Some of the sights where we will paint at are St Johns Cathedral Park, Northwest Industrial area, Eastside Esplanade, The Pearl, ally ways around town, etc.

Beginners are welcome. Must bring own supplies and chairs or easel that lays flat. Bring lots of water and sun protection!

In case of bad weather, we will relocate to a sheltered area, a local cafe, or my home studio on NW Portland.
